The brief:

Initially appointed to offer a consultancy service, reviewing the developer’s plans for the planned construction and sale of the homes to the retirement market, our brief was later extended to encompass both a sales and marketing service.

Our approach:

Working closely with the client we have enabled Mansell Homes to independently launch and manage this scheme of retirement apartments to the market. From advising on spec to commissioning the interior design of the development’s numerous show apartments, as well as managing and coordinating all of the development’s marketing, we have provided the full package.

Progress (on-going):

As well as managing the scheme’s day to day marketing, we have also installed our own sales team on site and continue to enjoy an impressive sales rate here.
