From creative input to a successful sales launch.

The brief:

We were brought on board by the Bournemouth Development Company to assist with the launch of the Citrus Building – its first residential and commercial development.

Our approach:

Ahead of works commencing on site we managed the pitch process to appoint a creative agency for the new development. We have had an input in the development’s design as well as inputting into the legals. We have advised on all elements from sales values and branding to recommending the specification.

Progress (on-going):

We have since taken the Citrus Building to market with our own sales team on site and have enjoyed significant sales success – with the entire scheme selling out in just one year.
