The brief:

We were appointed by Mansell Homes to provide a range of services from getting involved in early plans through to launching the homes for sale.

Our approach:

We played a significant role in preparing these homes for launch, as well as taking responsibility for securing the sales on site. From offering advice on floor layouts to advising on specification and commissioning an agency to dress the show home, we were heavily involved. When the homes were ready to market we were responsible for selling the homes – managing their promotion via the various property portals, commissioning art work and photography, devising and implementing a successful marketing strategy and handling all leads. We then supported the customers through their purchase, conducting the initial reservations all the way up to conducting the customer handovers.
