Since its launch last summer, The Square at Cheswick Village has proved a hit among local buyers, with all of the apartments now reserved and the first residents soon to move into their new homes.
To celebrate the development’s success and to coincide with Red Nose day for Comic Relief on 13th March, Mansell Homes will be auctioning off a stunning aerial photograph of The Square, as well as the wider Cheswick Village development and the surrounding area.
Details of the auction can be found on the developer’s Facebook page and interested parties are being encouraged to post their bid on the page by mid-day on the 13th – with the photograph going to the highest bidder.
Guy Hayward, Regional Director of Mansell Homes, said: “We have enjoyed fantastic success at The Square and we are very excited to welcome our first residents into their new apartments. The aerial photograph of the area has been in our sales suite for a number of months and has always attracted a lot of attention and positive feedback. With Red Nose day coming up on the 13th, it seemed the perfect opportunity to auction it off and raise funds for a great cause.”
All funds raised from the auction will go to Comic Relief.
The Square comprises an exciting collection of 53 new, one and two bedroom apartments in addition to a host of retail and leisure facilities, including an attractive selection of cafes, bars and restaurants along with a new nursery, all arranged around a central square. The development is the latest collection of homes to be delivered as part of the wider new urban village, which has been created in Cheswick over the last six years.
