Mackenzie Homes team in Slough gives up its time to support local charities

The team at Mackenzie Homes have been getting into the Christmas spirit this month by supporting a number of local charity events, which have taken place over recent weeks. The Slough based housebuilder pledged its support to both Home Start Slough and Age Concern Slough - with staff from across the business taking time out of their working day to participate in events, organised by the charities.

Last week, on Thursday 13th December the Mackenzie Homes team were giving Christmas Hampers to the families and children at the Home Start Christmas Party at St Andrew’s Methodist Church. The team participated in a fun filed day of festive arts and crafts as well as helping to prepare the lunch for the many children and their families, who were attending the event.

This week, on Tuesday 18th December the team gave out Christmas Hampers to the elderly at the Age Concern Slough Christmas Lunch, which took place at Wexham Court Parish Hall.

The team have been busy shopping for all the items for the hampers over recent weeks and then assembled the Christmas Hampers for each event over a festive Mulled wines and mince pies.
