New Connections team to act as in-house salesforce for housebuilders

Stubbings Property Marketing, a specialist new homes sales and marketing consultancy, has launched a new in-house sales team, specifically set up to handle in-coming sales calls and to act as a dedicated sales team for it’s ever growing client base of housebuilders.

The new Connections team has been set up in response to an increasing demand from clients for a dedicated, off-site team to handle their in-coming sales calls, with a view to selling homes from plan.

The team is being headed up by Diane Taylor, an experienced sales manager with over 15 years of experience within the new homes industry.

Since it was first established at the end of 2017, the team has already handled off-plan launches for four separate schemes (including a sell-out success), as well as providing a retained sales service to numerous Stubbings clients – both new and existing.

The Connections team provides Stubbings’ clients with access to a fully operational sales team working seven days a week to take customer calls, make sales appointments and to support the customer through their entire journey. All enquiries are uploaded to Stubbings’ dedicated CRM system, which is accessible to the client, ensuring that all leads are not only captured but are fully explored and nurtured.

The data within its CRM system can then be mined and exported to build buyer profiles and inform future marketing strategies. The team run regular reports, giving an instant and accurate picture of all enquiries.
