New family homes for Slough

The eagerly anticipated Wexham Green development will be launching to the public this weekend, with appointments now being taken for the 19th, 20th and 21st May. Interested buyers are being urged to book an appointment now to ensure they don’t miss out on the opportunity to secure one of the newly released, family homes.

The collection of 104 two, three and four bedroom homes is the second residential development to be delivered by Slough Urban Renewal (SUR), a joint venture between Slough Borough Council and Morgan Sindall Investments Limited. It follows the huge success of their first scheme, town centre development Milestone and will help to meet the need for family housing within the borough.

Each of the homes at Wexham Green will be highly specified to include a choice of Symphony kitchens and contemporary bathroom suites. The development has been carefully designed to embrace its leafy neighbourhood. In addition to private gardens, the development will incorporate extensive landscaping to enhance its position next to the green belt and the Grade II listed Wexham Lodge.

Andy Howell, General Manager at Slough Urban Renewal said, “Wexham Green is a going to be a great new family community, providing quality homes in a sought-after location. We are excited about launching the sales on site and creating a scheme that has been carefully designed to directly meet the local housing need. We would urge anyone who is interested to call and make an appointment now to ensure they are one of the first to get an opportunity to purchase here.”
The development will offer both private homes and those for affordable rent.

Slough Urban Renewal’s vision is to transform the lives and livelihoods of local people, as well as the physical character of Slough, creating more opportunity and prosperity for the town. Already a move-to destination, the considerable inward investment will help further promote Slough as a desirable place to both live and work, with excellent transport links (17 minutes from London Paddington) and business accommodation, as well as a skilled and available workforce.
