Stubbings Property Marketing, a specialist new homes sales and marketing consultancy, has appointed David Gibbon as Area Sales Manager. David, who joins the Head Office team, will be responsible for the day to day running of Stubbings’ full team of sales advisors, who operate on behalf of numerous developer clients, on sites across the UK.
David’s responsibilities will include working with all of Stubbings’ sales teams to ensure that client targets are not only met but exceeded and that all opportunities are maximised and all leads are fully explored.
In addition to overseeing Stubbings’ broader sales function, David will also be working alongside the market research team to support the delivery of the high volume of market research reports that the Stubbings team delivers on a monthly basis, as well as providing support to the company directors.
David has a strong background in Estate Agency, having operated as a branch manager for a number of years, drawing on both impressive team leadership skills, as well as demonstrating a sound and thorough knowledge of the residential property market across both Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. Immediately prior to joining Stubbings, David spent five years in a project management role for a large commercial property company, overseeing their facilities side of the business. Key projects included working on the highly regarded Arora Towers (near the O2 arena), where he was responsible for the overall management of the block, as well as the customer aftercare service.
