Stubbings appointed to run sales function for phase 2 at Brentford Lock West

Stubbings Property Marketing, a specialist residential property sales and marketing consultancy, has been appointed to run the sales function for phase two at Brentford Lock West, an award winning, waterside development in west London by Waterside Places.

Stubbings has installed its own sales team on site in a dedicated sales and marketing suite, which is open seven days a week to the public. The team is responsible for handling all elements of the customer journey, from initial enquiries through to the eventual hand over of the homes to the customer.

The team is headed up by Sales Manager Toia Cadle, who brings with her a wealth of experience across the new homes sector. Toia is assisted by a dedicated sales team, to include Senior Sales Advisor, Thomas Foreman, who formed part of the previous Stubbings team, which successfully sold out of phase one here last year.

Chalico Walk makes up the first of the homes to be released as part of phase two at Brentford Lock West. A waterfront building of 42 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, Chalico Walk overlooks Brentford’s Grand Union Canal, where Waterside Places has carried out extensive improvements.
