Stubbings launches new player into the house building sector

Stubbings Property Marketing has secured a contract with Mansell Homes, part of Mansell Construction Services Ltd, to launch its residential house building division in the south of England. With a strong presence in Scotland, the house builder is now expanding and has launched one of its first sites on the south coast. The Stubbings team has been supporting the firm’s expansion, from giving Mansell Homes its own brand identity, through to developing its corporate guidelines and managing the sales and marketing of its individual sites.

In recent months, Stubbings has launched for sale Tuckton Place, the house builder’s first residential scheme in the south west. The scheme, which is a joint venture between Mansell Homes, Pegasus and Merlion, comprises a collection of five, two bedroom bungalows for private sale, 12 one bedroom cottages available through shared equity and 45 one and two bedroom retirement apartments. The team has been involved throughout the process from advising on specification and internal finishes, to managing the creation and promotion of the development brochure, providing marketing and PR support and running the sales function.

Following a successful launch event for the bungalows at Tuckton Place, where 60% of the homes were reserved on the day, sales across the development have continued to prove strong with the shared equity cottages now sold out.

Helen Todd, Director of Stubbings Property Marketing, commented: “This is an exciting project for us and a fantastic opportunity to showcase the full range of services we have on offer at Stubbings. Mansell is an established and well respected name within the industry and we have been working closely with their team to support the house building division’s expansion into the wider, residential market. By creating its own individual brand and values, we have been able to give Mansell Homes its own identity, while ensuring that it complements the existing, construction business.”
