Stubbings secures new sales contract with leading waterside developer ISIS Waterside Regeneration

Stubbings Property Marketing has been appointed by ISIS Waterside Regeneration to run the sales function for its latest development, Brentford Lock West – an exciting collection of apartments and townhouses, situated along the banks of the Grand Union Canal.

The appointment builds on an already established relationship and a long standing consultancy agreement between the two companies and will initially see Stubbings Property Marketing lead the sales for the first 150 units, over the next two years.

Since 2010, Stubbings’ consultancy division has been working closely with the team at ISIS to progress the scheme at Brentford from the early design stages with the architects, right through to securing planning consent and appointing a creative agency and main contractor. Drawing on its team’s varied and extensive experience across the house building sector, Stubbings has assisted ISIS in rationalising the planned development from the early design phase ensuring that the optimum mix and design of units is created.

Helen Todd, Director of Stubbings Property Marketing, commented: “Having been involved from such an early stage we have been able to really get under the skin of the development. As part of our consultancy agreement we have provided in-depth advice and guidance throughout the project, ensuring that the mix of homes, individual room layouts and sizing, right through to the branding all make the most of the space available and showcase the development to the very best of its ability. This has enabled ISIS to maximise the scheme’s appeal to the market, in particular securing a strong interest among local buyers. The project is a fantastic example of a developer that has really taken the time to get to know and understand the community in order to deliver a scheme that truly meets the needs of local buyers and we are very excited to now be taking these homes to market.”

Katie Sully, Development Director at ISIS Waterside Regeneration, added: “The breadth of experience that Stubbings has been able to bring to this project has been really valuable. We have been able to draw not only on the team’s knowledge of the local market but on its full suite of services from input into the early involvement in the design stages, through to creating an entirely new brand for the development. Taking into consideration Stubbings’ in-depth knowledge of the scheme, combined with its strong track record in sales, it made sense to extend our relationship and for its team to now launch the homes to the market. Early interest among buyers has already been really positive and we are now looking forward to some busy months of sales ahead.”

Brentford Lock West will comprise 520 residential units, 20% of which will be affordable. The scheme will also deliver 7,000 sq metres of commercial space, helping to create around 300 new jobs for the area. As the first homes launch for sale, Stubbings Property Marketing is running a series of preview events ahead of launching a fully operational sales and marketing suite on site this March.
