Stubbings team celebrate year of 'sell out' success

Stubbings Property Marketing, a specialist residential property sales and marketing company is celebrating the sell-out success of two current developments – both of which sold out within a year of their launch.

The Citrus Building in Bournemouth and The Square in Cheswick Village, Bristol were launched last summer, with both schemes now sold out and the majority of the new residents already moved into their new homes.

The Citrus Building is an impressive collection of 64 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments in the heart of Bournemouth town centre, delivered by the Bournemouth Development Company (BDC). While The Square at Cheswick Village by Mansell Homes comprises an exciting collection of 53 new, one and two bedroom private apartments, along with 16 shared equity apartments.

The team at Stubbings has acted as the selling agent for both sites, as well as providing additional sales and marketing consultancy. They recorded an impressive sales rate at both developments while helping to maximise Gross Development Value (GDV) and securing savings within the sales and marketing budgets. The team has since gone on to provide support for future projects for both developers.
