Maidenhead & Windsor Business Awards 2023: Best SME - Finalist 

Within the ‘Best SME’ category, judges are looking for companies with 10-250 employees, who are able to demonstrate excellence in product or service delivery, customer service, employee and community engagement. Successful applicants are also required to share future growth plans and to show financial success in sales growth and profitability.

RESI Award 2023: Consultancy Practice - Finalist

We were shortlisted within the Consultancy Practice category at the RESI Awards. The Consultancy Practice category is about the quality of the consultancy advice offered to clients. Whether a one-man band or a large group, shortlisted candidates were required to display unparalleled market knowledge and a strong track record of delivering first rate consultancy services.

RESI Award 2021: Consultancy Practice - Finalist

We were shortlisted within the Consultancy Practice category at the RESI Awards. The RESI Awards organised by Property Week are a must-attend event in the residential property calendar and aim to celebrate the residential property market and its successes of the past year.

Maidenhead & Windsor Business Awards 2019: Best SME - Finalist 

We were shortlisted as a finalist in the Best SME category at this year's Maidenhead & Windsor Business Awards. The category recognised the success of companies with 10-250 employees who were able to demonstrate excellence in product or service delivery, customer service, employee engagement and/or community engagement.

Berkshire Prop Stars Awards 2019: Consultant of the Year - Highly Commended 

We were awarded Highly Commended in the Consultant of the Year category at the inaugural  Berkshire Prop Stars Awards 2019. 

Thames Valley Property Awards 2019: Property Client Service - Finalist 

We have been shortlisted as a finalist in the Property Client Service category at the Thames Valley Property Awards. The award celebrates the finalists' abilities to take a client’s brief and ensure it is correctly managed and serviced.

Windsor & Maidenhead Business Awards 2018: Fast Growing Business Award - Finalist

In September 2018 we were shortlisted in the Fast Growing Business category at the Windsor & Maidenhead Business Awards. The award recognised businesses that could demonstrate a market-leading increase in terms of revenues, profitability, market share and / or geographical expansion. 

Thames Valley Property Awards 2018: Property Client Service - Shortlisted

In March 2018 we were shortlisted in the Property Client Service category at the Thames Valley Property Awards. The award aimed to celebrate the finalist's ability to take a client’s brief and ensure it is correctly managed and serviced.

Women in Business Awards 2017: Women Business Owner of the Year - Shortlisted

In September 2017, our Managing Director Helen Todd was shortlisted as a finalist at the locally acclaimed ‘Women in Business Awards’, which aim to celebrate, encourage and inspire successful and aspiring women in business, across the south.

RESI Awards 2017: UK Sales Agency of the Year - Shortlisted

In March 2017, Stubbings was shortlisted for a highly acclaimed RESI Award. The consultancy was shortlisted within the UK Sales Agency of the Year category. The category looked to recognise organisations, which offer their clients unrivaled strategic and marketing support, can put in place innovative ideas and marketing plans and are widely regarded as a ‘go to’ agency for new UK instructions.

Thames Valley Property Awards 2016: Fast Rising Property Business - Winner

In 2016 we were very proud to have been awarded gold in the ‘Fast Rising Property Business’ category at the prestigious Thames Valley Property Awards 2016.

The award recognises a fast-rising firm in either the commercial, industrial or residential property sector that is shining brighter than its competitors.

It was an honour to be recognised as a rising star among property businesses in the region. It is a fantastic accolade for our business, recognising our superb team and the broad range of specialist, new homes services, which we have on offer.
