The brief: We were appointed by Angle Property to launch a series of new apartments, across three development sites in the south of England.

Our approach: As well as imputing into the specification for all developments, Stubbings has been responsible for the sales and marketing for all three of these residential apartment schemes. From installing show apartments and launching the homes to the public to providing ongoing marketing and sales support, we continue to support Angle Property across all elements of the process. We have been responsible for everything from running social media campaigns and advising on the pricing strategy to managing the developer’s Help to Buy allocation and supporting the entire customer journey.

Progress: Regent Place has now sold out. The last few homes remain for sale at both Marsham House and Hertfordshire House.
