Supporting the sales journey from start to finish

The brief:

We were appointed to work alongside a local agent to support the launch and ongoing sale of these homes.

Our approach:

We were responsible for overseeing the entire sales process, from managing the promotion of the development to handling customer offers and supporting them throughout their buying journey. We have been heavily involved throughout the conveyancing process, seeing the customers through to completion and beyond, as well as handling the eventual handover of the homes.

Progress:

The scheme has now sold out and we played a pivotal role in its launch and on-going sales success. Post completions we have continued to be involved, supporting Mansell and their customer care team.
