Supporting an exciting new scheme through  pre-planning

The brief

Brought on board at an early stage, the Stubbings team has been appointed to offer support in the pre-planning stages of this scheme, which will include a range of new homes in addition to providing communal areas and Extra Care facilities.

Our approach

Our team is playing a central role in defining this exciting new scheme and is currently assisting on the pre-planning work. We have been involved in all elements from viability to floor layouts, specification, marketing and branding.

Progress (on-going)

To date we have worked closely with the client at the pre-planning stage. We have co-ordinated and supported the pitch process to appoint a creative agency for the scheme and will be involved going forward in ensuring that all marketing materials are on brand and on track. We continue to provide on-going support and consultancy as the scheme progresses.
