A partnership between Skanska and IKEA

BoKlok is new residential concept from Skanska and IKEA, which aims to deliver sustainable great value new homes, while making home ownership more accessible for more people.


The brief: We were appointed by BoKlok to assist with its launch into the UK residential market.

Our approach: We are providing the BoKlok team with a comprehensive service. We have been involved in the early planning stages and have produced and delivered a detailed sales and marketing strategy for each of its developments.

We are responsible for the development specific content on its website, for producing sales collateral, managing their UK Facebook and we are running the sales function on site.

Working with their teams in both the UK and Sweden we have successfully launched BoKlok’s first two residential development in the UK: BoKlok on the Brook in Bristol and BoKlok on the Lake in Worthing. We are assisting with multiple, future schemes.
