Claybourne Gardens, Ottershaw

Claybourne Gardens comprised 14, beautifully specified three and four-bedroom homes, situated on a private, tree-lined road in Ottershaw, Surrey.

The brief: We were appointed by Stratfield Homes, post-planning, to assist with the launch and on-going sales of its first ever residential scheme, Claybourne Gardens.

Our approach: In addition to providing input into the specification of the homes, the Stubbings team was responsible for bringing Claybourne Gardens to market. From assisting with the development branding through to producing and delivering a detailed sales and marketing strategy and running the sales function, our role has been vast. We provided PR support, we managed the company’s social media strategy and the design and installation of the show home. We also advised on the legals and produced the handover manuals, ready for customers. We installed a dedicated sales team on site and took responsibility for the entire customer journey, all the way through to the handover of the homes upon completion.

Progress: The development was a sell-out success with the final home completing in December 2020. Customer feedback here has been overwhelmingly positive, from the finish of the homes to the customer service provided, the consensus here has been that Stratfield Homes has exceeded expectations, across the board.
