Expert training and support to develop an evolving sales team

The brief:

We were brought on board by Catalyst Homes to help identify any training needs among its sales force and to help refine its internal processes to ensure the team was always operating with maximum efficiency.

Our approach:

We conducted a series of ‘mystery shops’ to assess the whole team’s skill levels and then created a tailored training programme, specifically designed to up-skill the team where required and address any weaknesses. We have since worked closely with the management team to devise a detailed procedures manual that will ensure all staff members are fully aware of all their responsibilities and are acting in a consistent and cohesive manner.

Progress (on-going):

We have successfully run a series of training programmes and we are in the final stages of delivering a detailed procedures manual that will set the standard across the whole team.
