Preparing a development for launch and beyond

The brief:

To provide consultancy on the proposed residential scheme and support its launch to market.

Our approach:

We have offered expert consultancy on the early plans for the scheme, advising on aspects from floor layouts to the home’s specification. We have been responsible for compiling and actioning a detailed marketing strategy to launch the development and support its ongoing promotion. We have worked alongside a locally appointed agent to support the selling of the homes and have managed all aspects of this process from handling offers to agreeing reservations and supporting the entire conveyancing process.

All of the homes have now sold.
