The brief:

We were appointed by Mansell Homes to manage the successful sales and marketing of their new scheme, The Square at Cheswick Village in Bristol.

Our approach:

Involved from an early stage, the Stubbings team advised on everything from apartment layouts to their internal specification. We then devised a comprehensive marketing strategy, which covered the scheme’s launch and on-going sales. Our own team were installed in the sales suite on site and handled all enquiries from initial leads through to the completion and the handover of the homes to their new owners.

Progress (on-going):

The scheme at The Square sold out within a year from its launch. Our team handled all aspects of the sales process and have ensured the successful handover of all the apartments.
