A successful sales event at BoKlok on the Brook

At the weekend we hosted the sales event for our one and two-bedroom apartments at BoKlok on the Brook in Bristol – our first residential development in the UK.

It was a great event, and it was fantastic to welcome so many potential purchasers - the majority of which were first time buyers, who live locally. We are delighted to say that over 95% of our apartments were reserved at the event – with just two of the two-bedroom apartments now remaining for sale.

Of our purchasers for the apartments so far:

• 83% of purchasers had a Bristol postcode
• 83% of purchasers opted to use Help to Buy
• 98% were first time buyers

We had some great feedback from our customers about our apartments and what they have to offer. The layout of the apartments has been really well received – with lots of positive comments about the flow onto our spacious balconies (all apartments include a balcony) and the fact that there is space for a dining table!
