Stubbings team seeks new homes Sales Advisor in Essex

At Stubbings Property Marketing, we are hiring! We are looking for a new sales advisor to support one of our clients based in Burnham on Crouch in Essex. The role is 25 hours per week, Tuesday – Saturday. The role will be onsite in a dedicated sales and marketing suite, reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director. You will be selling a beautiful collection of bungalows for the over 55s.

• Job Description: Sales Advisor (site based)
• Location: Burnham Waters, Burnham on Crouch, Essex (over 55 development)
• Hours: Part time (10am – 3pm) 25 hours per week – to include Saturday working
  (potential opportunity for more hours, if required)

As the development’s Sales Advisor you will typically be the first point of contact for new and existing customers. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, communicating accurate information about the development and proactively following up leads/customer enquiries and successfully converting these into reservations

It will be your role to successfully take customers from reservation through to completion as well as handing over of the homes to our customers.

Do you have experience in securing new home reservations and seeing these through to exchange and legal completion? Have you been responsible for ensuring that the sales suite is well presented at all times? Ensuring that all qualified leads are input onto a dedicated database/CRM system and followed up?

Do you have a friendly and caring manner? Are you proactive and self-motivated, and passionate about delivering an exceptional level of customer service? Then we want to hear from you.

We are looking for someone who preferably has sales experience within the new build industry.
