We are hiring for an Office Administrator

Hours: Flexible – minimum of 16 hours per week
Location: 3a Cherry Tree House, 7 Dean Street, Marlow, SL7 3AA
Annual Salary: Dependent on experience - circa £25,000 per year (pro-rata)
Start Date: ASAP

The Office Administrator will assist the wider office team at Stubbings Property Marketing. You will be based in our Marlow office and the role will encompass a range of activities from answering the phone to printing/filing, in-putting into reports, formatting documents and ordering stationery and equipment for the office. The role will be varied and will require someone who is proactive and very much a team player.

Key activities will include:

  • Answering the phone and taking messages to pass onto our sales teams
  • Printing/filing
  • Updating client reports – pulling off information from our database, sourcing relevant statistics, conducting online research
  • Producing and updating PowerPoint presentations
  • Updating listings on a variety of property portals
  • General office administration

Required Skills: A good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, good telephone manner.

Desired Skills: Experience of working within the property/new homes arena; familiarity with the key property portals (such as Rightmove, Zoopla etc).
