Off-plan/coming soon sales
If you are looking to launch your new homes off-plan then our in-house Connections team could provide the sales support you require. Our expertly trained team can take customer calls via a dedicated whisper line (which we can set up), get customers qualified and add them to either our own dedicated customer database, or your own system. We will then keep in touch with customers until you are ready to launch.

Our in-house team can handle all customer enquiries, or we can work alongside your existing sales team, providing holiday cover or intermittent support, as required.

If necessary, we can recommend a suitable mortgage broker to qualify potential customers.

On site sales teams
We can install our own sales teams on your site to manage the entire customer journey. From initial enquiry through to reservation and completion. With backgrounds in housebuilding, we understand the need to maximise every sale and our experienced sales teams are all fully trained and highly motivated. As part of this service, one of our Area Sales Managers will oversee the sales team on site and we will provide weekly sales updates for your reporting, as well as recommendations, where appropriate.

Customer handovers/home demonstrations

Whether you want us to conduct your customer home demonstrations and handovers and to assist with compiling your customer handover folders as part of our wider sales support, or you want us to deliver this as a standalone service, we can tailor a solution to meet your specific needs.

Portal listings

We advertise our clients properties on Rightmove, Zoopla, On the Market, New Homes for Sale and Share to Buy.

With a wealth of experience in marketing new homes, our team will maximise exposure to potential customers.  

A dedicated CRM system
Contact Builder, is our dedicated CRM system, we are able to record leads, track customer journeys and conduct detailed customer analysis, which feeds into future marketing strategies. We can give clients access to the database for their developments, or we are happy to work within your own system.
