Our suite of ad-hoc marketing services are available for you to plug in to, as and when required.

While we typically work on a long-term consultancy basis for many of our clients, we understand that sometimes, you may just want some support with a particular element or your development, for a short period of time. This is why we have created a suite of plug-in services, which you can commission on a one-off or month-by-month basis.

5Ps reports/Development Health Checks
Are you struggling to sell an existing site? Our ‘5Ps’ reports can prove a valuable tool – looking at all aspects of a scheme from product, price and promotion to location (place) and people. We can provide an independent overview of where we believe there are areas that require improvement or change - and we can even implement these on your behalf.

Interim sales and marketing director/sales manager
Whether you are looking for short term support to cover a particularly busy period, you are looking for interim cover while you undergo a formal recruitment process, or your need to cover a maternity leave or sabbatical, our senior team can quickly plug-in to your business and provide the support you require. We can provide a quick and seamless solution, for as long, or as little as you require. Portal listings
We can list all of your homes across the major portals (Rightmove/Zoopla/New Homes for Sale/On the Market/Share to Buy) for a monthly fee. Our team will keep in close contact with your sales team and will regularly review and refresh your listings.

Floorplan creation
We can help with the simple things! If you need floorplans created to use alongside your portal listings, we can create these for you.

HTMLs
Need an HTML creating?  Following your brief, we can create a tailored HTML to go out to your customers, making sure we are adhering to your brand guidelines and promoting your development USPs and key sales messages.

Ad/leaflet design
If you need some support to create a one-off advert or leaflet, we can help! Tell us what information you want to communicate and send over any imagery you have, and we will do the rest!

Social media set up/management
If you aren’t already active on Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn we can set up these channels for you and help you to devise a three-month content plan to get you started. Or if you’d prefer, we can manage these channels on your behalf, coming up with engaging content and responding to comments and enquiries. Once you have a Facebook page set up, we can also support you with Facebook and Instagram advertising for your developments.

Award entries
Securing an award for your development/s can not only help to increase your profile, but it can boost buyer confidence and help you to stand out from the crowd. Whether you want us to compile an awards schedule with our key recommendations, or to draft an entry on your behalf, our expert copywriters are ready to help.

PR
If you have positive case studies or development news to share, we can help you to draft attention grabbing news articles and pitch these to local and national press.

SEO
We can draft blogs for your website, with carefully chosen key words,  helping to ensure that your website is updated regularly, with fresh and engaging content that will directly help to improve your SEO.

Mystery shops
If you want to check-in on the performance of your sales teams, then we can offer mystery shops. We can provide your with our recommended scoring matrix, or we are happy to work within your own predefined template. One of our senior team will submit an enquiry, visit the development and correspond with the sales team based on site. Following our investigations, we will provide a comprehensive report highlighting where the sales staff have met or exceeded expectations, as well as areas where they may not be reaching expected standards and may need additional training or support. Within all of our reports, we also include feedback on how the broader development is presenting, as well as our recommendations for improvement.
