Helen Todd
As founding Director of Stubbings Property Marketing, Helen identified a niche in the market for a business to act on behalf of housebuilders without their own in-house sales and marketing personnel, or who wanted to enhance their existing team with an external resource. Helen has over 25 years of experience in new build property, and immediately prior to establishing Stubbings she spent 10 years as Sales and Marketing Director for Linden Homes.
Emma Plumridge
Emma joined Stubbings shortly after the company was first established. She has played a pivotal role in developing the company’s land proposition, as well as project managing a number of clients’ schemes from early conception through to sale and completion. Emma brings with her a wealth of experience, having worked for the Land Departments of a number of leading housebuilders, prior to previously establishing her own development company.
Barry Reynolds
Market Research
Barry spends a proportion of his time on-site, assessing the viability of proposed developments. Combining this research with his extensive experience of building buyer profiles and identifying what will attract buyers to a particular property or scheme, Barry advises clients on how best to market their developments to achieve optimum sales figures.
Claire Laycock
PR & Marketing
Claire provides Stubbings’ wide variety of residential property clients with access to expert PR support and copywriting services. Claire’s career in PR spans over 10 years, working with a wide range of property companies from developers to estate agents and web portals. Claire provides a variety of services, from general consultancy to support in developing tailored campaigns.
Hilary Wilson
Office Manager
Having joined the organisation in 2014, Hilary is the team’s office manager and provides a range of support across all of Stubbings’ clients. She is typically the first point of contact for all enquiries related to Stubbings Property Marketing and the wide variety of services on offer. With a background in residential property lettings, Hilary’s experience perfectly complements that of the existing, core head office team.
David Gibbon
Area Sales Manager
As Area Sales Manager David is responsible for the day to day running of Stubbings’ full team of sales advisors, who operate on behalf of numerous developer clients across the UK. His role is to ensure that client targets are not only met but exceeded and that all opportunities are maximised and all leads are fully explored. With a strong background in both project management and Estate Agency, David brings with him impressive team leadership skills, as well as demonstrating a sound and thorough knowledge of the residential property market.
Diane Taylor
Head of Connections
Diane joined Stubbings in 2017 to head up our new Connections Team. The team provides Stubbings’ clients with access to a fully operational sales team working seven days a week to take customer calls, make sales appointments and to support the customer through their entire journey. With over 15 years working in new homes sales, for the likes of Linden Homes and Miller Homes, Diane brings with her extensive knowledge and experience across all elements of the new homes sales process.
Simon Smith
Connections Sales Advisor
Simon is an integral member of the Stubbings Connections Team, handling incoming calls and enquiries and following up leads across numerous clients’ sites. Immediately prior to joining the Connections Team, Simon was part of the highly successful sales team at Milestone in Slough, a new residential development by SUR. Before this, Simon enjoyed a successful career in estate agency and he brings with him a wealth of property knowledge and superb customer handling skills.
Kirstie Austen
Marketing Manager
Kirstie is responsible for overseeing the marketing across a wide range of our new build clients – ensuring that all promotional opportunities are maximised and that client’s budgets are put to best effect. Previously, Kirstie spent 14 years at Linden Homes, where she was responsible for managing the marketing across all of the house builder’s developments within the Chiltern region.
Celine Oldfield
Graduate Recruit
Celine is our first ever graduate recruit. She has joined the team on our newly created graduate programme and will spend her first year working across a variety of disciplines, ranging from on-site sales to market research and project management. Prior to joining our team, Celine first completed a degree in Geography at Plymouth University, before going on to study for a Masters in Real Estate at the Royal Agricultural University.
David Donin
Site Sales Manager
David has successfully led the launch and consequent sales at a new flagship development being delivered by Wates Residential and Homes England in Lee-On-Solent. David has spent over 24 years working as an estate agent. Immediately prior to joining Stubbings, he spent two years managing the delivery of new homes across a network of 28 estate agency offices. David also boasts extensive shared ownership experience, having worked with multiple housing associations (including Clarion and VIVID), particularly during his time at Countrywide, where he was responsible for the running, overseeing and development of this element of the business.
