Helen Todd
As founding Director of Stubbings Property Marketing, Helen has extensive experience within the new homes arena. Helen established Stubbings in 2009, after identifying a niche in the market for a business to act on behalf of housebuilders without their own in-house sales and marketing personnel, or who wanted to enhance their existing team with an external resource. Helen has nearly 30 years of experience in new build property, and immediately prior to establishing Stubbings she spent 10 years as Sales and Marketing Director for Linden Homes. Helen is very much a team player and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service – both for clients, and their purchasers.
David Donin
Area Sales Manager
When David first joined the Stubbings team, he successfully led the launch and consequent sales success of a new flagship development being delivered by Wates Residential and Homes England in Lee-On-Solent. Since its sell-out success, David has gone on to lead the sales for numerous other, award-winning developments, including, most recently, West Cliff Mansions in Bournemouth, which was all reserved off-plan and has recently completed. David has nearly 30 years of industry experience. He has a background in estate agency and also boasts extensive shared ownership experience, having worked with multiple housing associations (including Clarion and VIVID).
David Gibbon
Area Sales Manager
David is responsible for the day to day running of the Stubbings Connections Team, as well as leading the sales across numerous client developments, predominantly based within the south east of England. David also supports the Stubbings market research team, assisting in the delivering of in-depth land reports for multiple housebuilder clients. He is always motivated to not only meet but exceed client expectations and will ensure that all opportunities are maximised and all leads are fully explored. With a strong background in both project management and estate agency, David brings with him impressive team leadership skills, as well as demonstrating a sound and thorough knowledge of the residential property market.
Barry Reynolds
Market Research
Barry is the go-to for so many housebuilder clients, when looking for an in-depth land report. Drawing on his extensive contacts across the new homes and estate agency arena, he is able to put together a thorough analysis of any proposed development, advising on its viability as well as recommending the most suitable product mix and associated pricing. Barry takes the time to go out and proactively visit potential sites. This combined with his market research and detailed desktop analysis enables him to deliver a very detailed, timely and thorough assessment of any proposed development.
Claire Laycock
Content & Communications
Claire provides Stubbings’ wide variety of residential property clients with access to expert PR support and copywriting services. Claire’s career in residential property spans nearly 20 years, working with a wide range of property companies from house builders to estate agents and web portals. Claire provides a variety of services, from PR consultancy and social media support to content creation and copywriting.
Kirstie Austen
Marketing and Communications
Kirstie is responsible for overseeing the marketing across a wide range of our new build clients – ensuring that all promotional opportunities are maximised and that client’s budgets are put to best effect. Previously, Kirstie spent 14 years at Linden Homes, where she was responsible for managing the marketing across all of the house builder’s developments within the Chiltern region.
Hilary Wilson
Office Manager
Hilary is the team’s office manager and provides a range of support across all of Stubbings’ clients. She is typically the first point of contact for all enquiries related to Stubbings Property Marketing and the wide variety of services on offer. With a background in residential property lettings, Hilary’s experience perfectly complements that of the existing, core head office team.
Stubbings Sales Team
We have a team of highly trained and experienced sales advisors. We can install a dedicated Stubbings sales team on site to handle the entire customer journey, on your behalf. We can also offer access to our in-house Connections team. If you are selling off-plan this can provide an ideal solution. The team acts as the first port of call for your customers. We can provide you with a dedicated whisper line, and our team will be fully briefed on your development. They will take initial calls, qualify customers and add them to a CRM system. If required, we can also arrange and conduct customer appointments.
