A successful sales event for BoKlok

At the weekend we hosted the sales event for our one and two-bedroom apartments at BoKlok on the Lake in Worthing.

It was a great event, and it was fantastic to welcome so many potential purchasers. We are very pleased to announce that nearly 70% of our apartments were reserved at the event and we can’t wait to assist our purchasers along their home buying journey.

We are delighted to confirm that most of the purchasers, who reserved at the event were local, with an overwhelming majority securing their very first home.

• 77% of our purchasers opted to use the Government Help to Buy scheme
• 86% of our purchasers are First Time Buyers
• 82% of our purchasers are local (had a BN postcode)

We had some great feedback from our customers about our apartments and what they have to offer. The layout of the apartments has been really well received – with lots of positive comments about the flow onto our spacious balconies (all apartments include a balcony) and the fact that there is space for a dining table!
