Last few two-bedroom homes remain at BoKlok on the Brook

Since we launched our first release of two and three-bedroom houses at BoKlok on the Brook last month, we have received a huge amount of interest. Over 50% of the homes were reserved at our sales launch event, with further reservations taking place over the following weeks. Over 60% of the two-bedroom houses are now reserved – with a limited number still available.

We are very pleased to say that the majority of our purchasers have been local – with many first time buyers opting to take that first step onto the property ladder with us at BoKlok on the Brook. Nearly 90% of the homes have been reserved by local purchasers* with a third of buyers coming from the immediate area.**
