Planning secured to deliver a collection of new family homes in Hartley Wintney

Last night (Wednesday 12th January 2022), Stratfield Homes secured planning to deliver a new collection of nine, family homes on the former Travis Perkins builder’s yard in Hartley Wintney, Hampshire.

Works are due to commence on site soon, for this bespoke development, which will comprise a collection of two, three & four-bedroom detached and semi-detached houses. All of the homes will benefit from off-street parking, garages/car ports along with private gardens.

Paul Cooper, Managing Director at Stratfield Homes, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have secured planning for this site. Based in the village ourselves, we know the area well. We look forward to commencing works on site to deliver what is planned to be a highly specified and beautifully designed collection of new, family homes, in a sought after location. It has been important to us that we reflect the local vernacular within the design of these homes, to ensure that the site sits seamlessly within its local surrounds.”

The homes will also benefit from a series of additional sustainability measures, to include Air Source Heat Pumps, as well as infrastructure for electric car charging. This will give purchasers peace of mind that the homes are future proofed for years to come, with energy efficiency ratings that far exceed those required from building regulations.

Further details will be made available very soon.
