A lifestyle move brings customer to Bournemouth

For Mark Bell, it was a lifestyle move that brought him to Bournemouth and resulted in him purchasing a brand-new apartment at West Cliff Mansions.

Talking of his purchase, Mark said: “Having lived and worked in London for many years, it was the recent pandemic, which made me stop and take stock. Looking for somewhere that offered me a better quality of life, I took the decision to move to Bournemouth. I was renting in the area when some friends told me about West Cliff Mansions. They had visited the development looking for something for their son and were impressed with what was on offer. After visiting myself, I knew this was where I wanted to purchase. The finish of the homes was excellent, I really liked the layout of the apartment and how spacious it was, and the location was ideal. Being a five-minute walk from the beach is fantastic and I already know and love the Westbourne area, so it seemed the perfect apartment for me.”

Mark reserved his apartment off-plan and moved in, in November (2022).

Talking of the experience, Mark added: “I have bought off-plan before, so I was comfortable with this. The fact that everything was finished to such a high specification and that all the appliances were included, made it easy. The warranties and the guarantees that come with a new build home also appealed to me, as they give you extra peace of mind, and help to future proof your purchase. I’m now enjoying settling into my new home and getting to know my new neighbours.”

The homes at West Cliff Mansions have been delivered by the Bournemouth Development Company (BDC). They are located on Hahnemann Road, and enjoy a central location, just a short walk from the centre of Bournemouth. The development was released off-plan in July 2021 and was all sold, off-plan by July 2022.
