West Cliff Mansions, Bournemouth

West Cliff Mansions is an award-winning collection of one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses in the heart of Bournemouth. Each apartment has been finished to the highest specification throughout and all homes benefit from precious outside space, in the form of a private terrace or balcony.

The Brief
Having worked with the team pre-planning, we were appointed by Bournemouth Development Company (BDC) to provide the sales and marketing support for its new collection of apartments in Bournemouth. After producing an in-depth sales and marketing report (which included a pricing exercise), Stubbings was appointed to work alongside BDC’s existing team.

Stubbings’ early involvement included inputting into the specification of the homes, as well as pulling together a creative brief and assisting in the pitch process to secure a creative agency. Once the agency (Making Giants) had been appointed, the Stubbings team oversaw the delivery of the new branding, website and supporting marketing collateral, ahead of launching the homes for sale off-plan in July 2021 and running the sales function.

Our Approach
Working alongside the creative agency, Stubbings delivered a suite of sales and marketing collateral (to include a dedicated microsite, social media channels and brochure) to support the launch and on-going sale of the apartments. The Stubbings team managed the listings across multiple portals, ran the Facebook advertising, press advertising and the email and marketing campaigns for the homes. Stubbings installed a dedicated sales advisor on site and dealt with the entire customer journey on behalf of the client. From initial enquiry through to completion and customer handovers.

Throughout we maintained a good working relationship with the entire project and site team.

Progress
The team reserved the last apartment at West Cliff Mansions in July 2022 and the last customer moved into their new apartment in December the same year.
We have had to navigate customers through a small (industry-wide) build delay and new mortgage applications; however, customer feedback here has been fantastic, with the sales team receiving praise for good communication, our impressive knowledge and our caring and informative approach.

In June 2022, West Cliff Mansions secured Best Marketing Campaign for Residential Sales at the Property Marketing Awards . 

In June 2023, West Cliff Mansions was awarded Regeneration Project of the Year at the The Business Magazine's South Coast Property Awards.
