West Cliff Mansions picks up industry award

West Cliff Mansions in Bournemouth has been awarded Regeneration Project of the Year at The Business Magazine’s South Coast Property Awards.

Launched for sale in summer 2021, West Cliff Mansions comprises a collection of 44, highly specified one, two and three-bedroom apartments. The scheme, delivered by the Bournemouth Development Company (BDC), was sold off-plan, with residents moving into their new homes, from winter 2022. All of the homes are now occupied.

The Stubbings team has been involved in the project from pre-planning, through to the launch and on-going sale of the homes. Stubbings installed its own sales team on site, who achieved an off-plan, sell-out sales success. The team then managed the entire customer journey, with the eventual handover of the last homes to customers in December 2022. Find out more about our role here.

Helen Todd, Stubbings Property Marketing, said: “A huge congratulations to the team at the Bournemouth Development Company, who have delivered an exceptional collection of new homes here. Having spent over seven years working on this scheme, it is great that we have been able to create such a wonderful community of purchasers, all wanting to live close to all that Bournemouth has to offer. “

The homes enjoy a central location. Located just a short walk from the clifftop and the centre of Bournemouth, residents are able to enjoy all that this beautiful and vibrant seaside town has to offer.

All of the residences at West Cliff Mansions enjoy a high level of specification as standard with stylish modern kitchens and contemporary bathrooms. Each of the homes have been carefully thought out, offering open plan kitchen/living/dining spaces as well as access to their own outside space in the form of a private terrace or balcony.

The Bournemouth Development Company (BDC) is a proud, joint venture partnership between BCP Council and national placemaker Muse. As part of the broader Town Centre Vision, the partnership aims to regenerate currently under-utilised sites in the town centre to deliver new housing, regeneration projects, employment space and a boost to the local economy.
