Thrive Homes is a professional landlord, which owns and manages over 5,000 homes throughout Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. It is Thrive’s purpose to help individuals and families secure good quality, safe homes that they can afford in one of the most expensive parts of the UK.

Our journey with Thrive commenced as a sales and marketing ‘5Ps’ report, which was commissioned by Chancery Homes (part of the Octagon Group), for their Burnham Court development in Buckinghamshire.

We then supported Chancery Homes with a land deal. We introduced Chancery to Thrive Homes, who went on to purchase 36 of the three-bedroom, family homes at the development, which it has made available through shared ownership.

The Brief
We were appointed by Thrive Homes to launch its shared ownership homes for sale at Burnham Court. Following a successful launch event, we continued to provide sales and marketing support throughout. We have taken customers through their entire journey - from initial enquiry to completion and the handover of their homes.

Our Approach
We worked quickly to create a dedicated microsite for the homes available at Burnham Court via Thrive Homes. The website provided further information on the homes and explained the process, when purchasing a home through shared ownership. The homes were placed on the key property portals and supported by a digital marketing campaign. We proactively built up a database of potential customers, which were added to our dedicated CRM system and followed up by our team. We appointed a dedicated sales advisor for the development, who was supported by our Connections team, and we have been responsible for the entire customer journey.

Progress
We have now handed over all of the homes here. We have secured a number of very positive, customer testimonials, which Thrive have been able to share on their website and via their social media channels.
